This is one of my favorite recipes with simplicity pushed to the max & fantastic taste!

Ingrediance:
Blackfish fileted
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Old Bay
Garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste

Sprinkled a bit of old bay on the fish, a little salt, pepper & garlic powder. Pit it in a casserole dish, mix the melted butter and olive oil together & splash onto the top of the fish and broiled it for 10 minutes (maybe longer, after 10 minutes you have to check it every 2 minutes or so for flaking).

That's it. Eat and enjoy! I am sure you will!

(update: I have since tried this with striped bass and it's GREAT!!!)
